I have built 4 homes previous to this one built with Direct Homes, this home was by far the quickest, most efficient and best quality of the 5. It was so nice to always have someone on site working rather than weeks go by with nothing happening. What I liked more than anything though was, you deal directly with Matt the builder all the way through, (No project manager) and nothing was too much trouble. I would like to thank Matt, Rachel and the building team for my beautiful new forever home.

Highly recommend ! Direct Homes WA did such an amazing job with our house. Matt and Rachel made building our first house a fantastic experience. From design to construction, we were kept in the loop all the way and had no trouble in trusting the process. Matt was very accurate with his build timeframe, which meant we could save on rent and have a plan in place on moving in without much overlap. The price and spec was so much better than what any other builder could offer. We are so happy with the quality of the finished product. Our friends and family always make comment on how nice our house is whenever they come over.

I would HIGHLY recommend Matt and his team at Direct Homes WA. I have just finished building my first home with them and the whole precess was stress free. Everyone always told me that building a home was one of the most stressful things you could ever do but I felt zero ounces of stress during construction with the team at Direct Homes. From the very beginning they were helpful, supportive and went above and beyond to make everything perfect. With responsive timely communication they always answered my queries or questions and made sure I was happy throughout the process. The quality of work is above expectation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt and his team. If I was to every build again I would 100% go through Direct Homes WA again.

Direct Homes did an amazing job on my first home. The entire process from start to finish was such a breeze. Matt and Rachel gave me so many new ideas in customizing my plan, having no delays the build time was so impressive. Illegal price increase and then threatens to stop the build when we try and state our rights (also illegal), non responsive and rude, sends around rude trades to fix issues that should’ve been dealt with months ago.

An amazing house builder. My partner and I chose Direct Homes to build our first house in piara waters and we were not disappointed. The quality of their work and pricing exceeded all of our expectations. We compared many builders and Direct Homes’ inclusions for what you pay was above them all by far. The entire process during and after the build was stress free and Matt and the team were super responsive with any questions we had along the way. Couldn’t recommend this builder enough.
