Over priced for very tiny two story house.

I feel very fortunate that I was recommended by a friend to chat with the team at Intoplace when I was looking for a townhouse builder for our narrow lot in Beeliar. The whole experience to date has been really smooth. The workmanship and trades have been quality, they communicate frequently and best of all the build has progressed swiftly with no lengthy delays. We've found the building process really enjoyable. We are so appreciative of all the hard work and care that has gone into building our beautiful townhouse and we can’t wait to move in!

Recently moved in my brand new house that I built with The New Home Company. First time building a house but from the start of the project in January this year, until the end, Dylan has been awesome and made the process stress-free. Stallion would have to be the quickest and most ethical builder I know of in quality built on site W.A. homes. I have a number of friends who have built with Stallions. All said that what they were quoted was what they paid for and all were always finished on or ahead of schedule.

Great company to deal with, very professional and prompt when meeting. Great after hours service as well to fit in with my work schedule.

Home we built with them is great and no issues structurally however I would not build with these guys if you want to receive any communication from them in a timely manner. Unfortunately through out the entire process it would often take 2-3 emails before receiving a response. A nice team but they really need to work on their admin and communication.
