We contacted New Era Homes after not having the best experience with a project builder and they were a WORLD of difference!From first contact, Justine was in touch so often with next steps, advice, answered all my questions the same or next day! After sign up we then had Robyn reach out to organise contracts and Prestart.Although a little hiccup (due to our land nothing to do with builder) they were both SUPER helpful and kept us updated every day!I really feel like they’re both invested in building our dream home and enabling us to get everything we want!They’ve gone above and beyond so far with changing our layout and being open to customisation so we can build our house exactly as we want.I feel confident moving forward with the team at New Era and very excited for our build :)

It’s difficult to put into words how happy we are with our new dream home built by New Era, put simply absolute seamless perfection start to finish.With all the horror stories regarding unethical and unprofessional building companies and tradies at the moment we were a little apprehensive going into the build, however as soon as we met Travis and Ty (owners of the company) our fears were immediately laid to rest. Our house was built without delays as New Era were always miles ahead with organisation. The entire process has actually been a joyful, exciting and rewarding experience. Nothing was too difficult, all of the staff (on-site and office) were wonderful friendly, approachable and easy to deal with. Our house is amazing, these guys only ever use the best tradies and materials that are trusted, tried and tested by Travis and Ty. The workmanship and attention to detail show up in every square inch of our house. New Eras standard inclusions are considered upgrades by volume builders and you are getting all of this for the same price, why would you use anyone else !!? There were on many occasions suggestions put to us by New Era that have greatly improved our house both in functionality and resale value. People are blown away by our house, it is bespoke, well thought out and designed, the height of current trend and just a beautiful extremely high quality home that our family will be able to enjoy for many years. We have had countless people pull up take photos of our house or discuss with us or our neighbours. Our family can’t thank you enough for what you have done, we will without a doubt build our next house with you and always highly recommend to family and friends

Having designed our own floorplan, it was with a great degree of trepidation that we swapped from a large project builder to New Era after concept drawings stage. Best move EVER!!! Cannot speak highly enough of Trav and the team at New Era. The whole process was a joy. Ours was a custom build, and although a stranger at the start, it was just like having a good mate build our home. Having a direct line to the guy that's in charge of your build is gold. Trav was always accessible and his favourite saying was no stress" whenever we wanted to change anything or be royal pain in the necks. Nothing was a stress to us - we knew it would just be sorted. New Era have a loyal team of regular tradies (not blow ins) and we're not surprised - we met most of them during the build. We have been in our beautiful home almost 5 months now and couldn't be happier. Happy to act as a verbal referee for New Era... just ask them for our number! Cheers

New Era Homes built our house in 2021/2022. Our slab went down and we moved in 9 months later! Could not fault any process from the beginning to end. Justine was amazing at helping us with our design and every little thing we wanted, she made it happen. Trav and Ty were also very helpful and informative the entire way through. Cory became our supervisor around April and kept us up to date with everything. Any little fault we found or something that we didn’t like - was changed or fixed within weeks. Nothing was too hard.Can’t thank them enough. Our house is beautiful and exactly how he envisioned it.
