If you are looking for a down to earth honest builder try Next Step Homes. We had Shaun the owner build our top story renovation really by default as the 1st builder withdrew from the project before it was started. After signing the contract mid December the build actually commenced on the 25th February 3 days after covid hit and threw the building industry into panic. True to his word Shaun managed and built the main section of thisproject in just under 13 weeks. He has a very professional group of trades people working with him. We are very happy to recommend Next Step Homes.. Mal and Elaine Bennett ..Attadale.

We used Shaun and his team at Next Step Homes to design and build a Granny Flat for our property. We were impressed with Shaun's relaxed yet professional approach to the build, taking on all of our requests (and changes) and keeping our budget in mind.The team's contractors were always courteous that they were working in our backyard and kept the site clean and safe.The quality of the build and internal works has been perfect with only very minor defects that were quickly and easily fixed as soon as identified.We have been very happy with Next Step Homes and would be happy to recommend to anyone.
