Empire Living Renovations

Steve from Empire Living called me after I put my extension project up online and explained he would work around our budget. We stressed to him we wanted it done properly and if our budget was unrealistic to be honest with us. He use the cheapest materials and cheapest trades. Every builder who looked at the drawings he created for our extension have said the roof he designed is guaranteed to leak and they've pointed out serious design issues. We let him renovate our ensuite and that was the biggest mistake. We asked him to quote a new barn door and solar tube. This was apparently not included in the quote. The tiler did a terrible job, Steve did not put the barn door on properly, didn't put the vanity top on central to the vanity cupboard and many other things. To fix the vanity top once we pointed it out, he moved the vanity to the right and just put grout to fill the obvious large gap left behind from his mistake. After we pulled him up on mistake after mistake, he did a runner and never came back to fix these issues. See photos for proof. Do not hire this guys! And thankfully he only messed up an ensuite and not an extension.
